Whether walking a shaded trail, participating in creative arts activities, or simply practicing mindfulness, our work together is rooted in connection - both to yourself and to your environment.

The Path Forward
We start with a free, 15-minute consultation phone call. We will schedule this at a time that best suits both of us. If we think we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll schedule our first session - an intake session.
In an intake session, we’ll build a foundation for our counseling relationship - this includes a discussion of informed consent, your background, and needs. We build a plan for our work together at a pace that makes the most sense for you (weekly, biweekly, etc.) We will periodically check in with each other to evaluate your progress toward achieving your goals.
